Recently, thanks to Marrone selling me his childhood toys, I have rekindled my on again, off again obsession with M.U.S.C.L.E.s (Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere), a peculiar toy line imported from Japan in the mid-80s. I loved these things as a kid – I remember trying desperately to collect all of them (The Hand in particular), mostly by trading them in the school yard. Thanks to the Marrone’s additions, I am now only missing about a dozen. How do I know? Nathan’s M.U.S.C.L.E. blog, the best resource on the internet that I have found for collecting the weird little pink things. Check it out! And if you have some to trade, let me know!
