A six-panel comic strip in which a fool replaces a rich man's plate of ice cream with his own (the fool's) hat and the rich man doesn't notice until the last second.


A native of McDonough County, Illinois, Peter Sheaf Hersey Newell has built a reputation for his humorous drawings and poems which appear in Harper’s Weekly, Harper’s Bazaar, and other publications.
