Panel 1 features a psychiatrist's door as viewed from the hallway with a word bubble asking, "so, how are we feeling today?" coming from inside the office. Panel two features Stay-Puft looking into the office window from outside and sighing. In panel 3 he says, "It's always 'Stay-Puft! Kawaiiju do that?!'" In panel 4 he says, "And never 'Stay-Puft, Ka-HOW-ARE-ju.'"
