Flabbergast – Zombie Zombie Mambo 17

Mark’s Commentary:

This whole scene with Valerie’s parents turning into zombies was a little tricky to deal with, being that this book is essentially an all-ages title. I reviewed a lot of movies, TV shows and cartoons that are aimed at the same audience as FLABBERGAST and that’s what I measured my violence and gore levels against. Also, I feel that my art – being as cartoony as it is – softens up the “scary” parts.
