Mark’s Commentary:
I talked about my zombie sitcom idea early on in my Flabbergast commentary. That’s where the mindful zombies come from. I figured if we cured the Tezukas completely, then there would be no use for a NEW Flabbergast team – so I half-cured them. They can still be the brilliant scientists and loving parents, but they really shouldn’t leave the lair. I also thought having the dead protect the living would be pretty cool, too. I have big plans for these deadies!
