I’m used to companies never responding at all to my reports, which always leaves me wondering if it’s worthwhile. I can give them props for that at least.

Sadly though, swatting isn’t an easily solved problem as long as it’s so easy to spoof a phone number. Maybe a few high-profile convictions for it will help… but it’s not guaranteed. It might not be until someone (or their pet) is physically hurt or killed due to a swatting that people start taking it seriously. =/
