It seemed full of blatant plot-holes, major pacing issues and Batman being decidedly un-Batman-like (marching down the street in broad daylight to face Bane? Really?).

But more than anything, after all the complaints and so on, while I could understand what Bane was saying, I couldn't get past him sounding like Sean Connery impersonating Dr Zoidberg.
