					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m about 4h30m in and so far it&#039;s the most uninteresting and boring game opening I&#039;ve ever played. I spent 30 minutes just running from one point to another on a boat - non-gameplay, for no actual story gain. It could have been done with &#039;And you arrive in the new world&#039;. I hear ACIII actually takes 7-8 hours to &#039;get going&#039;. It really feels self-indulgent on the part of Ubi and it&#039;s designers.  
 
I was on my second playthrough of Portal 1 by this point, and appreciating it&#039;s elegant brevity. Ubisoft could learn a thing or two about editing the story. The AC games have always felt like 75% padding to me but this is taking that model and spreading it even thinner. This is 3 evening&#039;s play so far (I&#039;m lucky if I can grab 90 mins at a time) spread over a week and I already feel I&#039;m wasting my time when I&#039;ve got other, more immediate games I can actually make headway with.  
 
The game hasn&#039;t properly started yet and already I&#039;m seriously considering selling it on. Life&#039;s too short, y&#039;know?  ]]></description>
