"I am not sure what kind of personality it takes to enjoy micromanaging non-people like The Sims or the little gape-mouthed folks in Tiny Tower." Really? Well, the fact that 10,000,000 plus gamers that love to play the Sims means to me that players have personalities pretty much like the average person...

Of course, Maybe I am missing something here.

Big Trak was awesome. I never had one but a friend did.

Tiny Tower got real frustrating when people start getting real competitive. I know some dudes that had there kids grind for them on Tiny Tower just to try and get to 100 floors first. It was too much.

I love management games but the scope of the decision making has to scale up as I progress. Once I've got a working system I want to leave it running on and move on to the next level of challenge. Tiny Tower hit me the exact same way it did you; I'm Donald Trump and also the bellhop who works the elevator and they guy who stocks the Tea Shop 5 times a day? Personally I don't mind working my way up the ladder but I don't see the need to be on all the rungs at any one time.
