					<description><![CDATA[For a typical session most NPC&#039;s are made up on the spot, though I have a few key people with backstories and a small cache of NPC&#039;s I&#039;ve made that I can throw into any session. I did try running a campaign where I had a simple backstory for each of about 40 members of a small fishing village, and it was much easier to get into each character when the players were interacting with them. However, over the course of the first session, the players ended up killing off a decent portion of the village and burning down some of the houses, so I&#039;m not sure it was entirely worth the effort for me _._ ]]></description>
