Second to answer your 1st question: No. The guitar is frustratingly difficult to play because the action is super high and second you aren't actually playing the guitar. To answer your second question: No, My understanding of how the guitar should be played and what the game was telling me was hard for me to even understand. Your better off getting a REAL guitar and getting a teacher, a friend, or some type of intro level youtube video.
