GLC was a great book! They did a great job fleshing out the new Lanterns and old favorites like Kilowog and Salaak. I like Kyle and Guy, but I'll always be a Hal guy. Always.

Nice choices, definitely the essential. But I can't recommend Green Lantern Corps enough. Peter Tomasi really nailed that series and Patrick Gleason's artwork is stellar. As much more of a Kyle Rayner fan, and with a fondness for Guy Gardner from his JLI days (and his all too brief manly series Guy Gardner: Warrior written by the manly Beau Smith) I just love how they kept true to Kyle & Guy and yet were able to also get me invested in new characters like Soranik Natu and Sodam Yat. The pacing and varied depth of those stories make them easily the best superhero comics I've read in years and years.
